  • 12 months on installation

    Mounting quality and cable runs — full 1-year warranty.

  • Free during warranty

    Parts, labour, on-site visits — all on us.

  • On-site service

    An engineer visits the site — you don't ship hardware to Tashkent.

    Submit a request

    Phone, Telegram, or this site — provide the SKU and a brief description.

  2. 02

    Diagnostics

    A specialist contacts you within 24 hours and decides on repair or replacement.

  3. 03

    Replace or repair

    Replacement: 1–3 business days. Repair: 5–14 business days.

  4. 04

    Commissioning

    Install and test — you get the system back fully operational.
